Curd and Raisin( Manuka)

 Curd always remained beneficial to the health. Like health it is also special the skin.

In summer people eat curd everyday.  But setting the curd with the raisins increase your gut bacteria which helps in improving your overall health. Raisins (manuka) comes in dry fruits class. By drying grapes raisins are made. Inspite of it's taste it is also healthy. Raisins (kismis) contains iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and anti-oxidant  properties in plenty of amount. 

Curd which is made from milk contains calcium, protein, lactose, iron, phosphrus, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. They are very powerful to the body.

When you have curd and raisins together it will help a lot.  Combination of having a curd with raisins works magically!!!  As it kills all the bacteria that disrupts the digestive system and improves the digestive system.
