Chiken Biryani by 3 Different Methods: Food is Passion

 Who don't love Chiken Biryani. People are finding different methods for doing it. Also foodie people always try to search for variety of food anywhere. 

   Normally it was said that taste comes from water... different places have different particular taste for food. 

   Here we will see how to make delicious Chiken Biryani in different way. 

First is Hydrabadi Layered Chiken Dum Biryani. 

In this we made all procedure for biryani on gas first then last to dum to Biryani , it was done on chulha. Roasted Onion on coal sobit gives very good taste to Biryani. Rice used for biryani is not normal rice, but the biryani rice. Special taste comes to Biryani is from Masala which we use that is Ghati Masala (It is made from 15-16 different ingredients) from Western Maharashtra. Region wise masala will change. There are different types of masalas depending on regions.

Second one Biryani is the biryani which is made from start to end on Chulha. 

Marinate the chicken as usual with garlic and ginger paste, salt and turmeric. Then we need tamal Patra, fried onion (fry the chopped onion in oil till it becomes red colour), biryani rice.

Now  third method of preparing Hydrabadi Special Chiken Biryani. 

This very simple recipe and less time consuming also. It is not required too much ingredients. Healthy biryani you can say because less oil and no gravy, no coconut.

 In this we have to prepare stock in which biryani will be cook. In boiling water add chopped onion, little ginger and garlic. Then add masala like tamalpatra, clove, dalchini, chakraphool. Let it boil for 5 min and then filter it. You can use those masala. We required stock. In that biryani was made.
